We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Transformation Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will support the planning and execution of transformation initiatives aimed at improving business processes, enhancing customer experiences, and driving digital transformation. The Transformation Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and implement solutions that align with our organizational goals.

While reporting to the Director of Quality and Process Optimization, this candidate will be a self-starter, team driven while able to work and lead on their own initiative. Align and assist all service centers with driven metrics and ability to pivot from operations to NTS when required. This candidate will be making a direct impact on the PDI score that Trimac is striving to achieve and have the insight to assist in areas when needed. Communication is key for this role to be able to identify roadblocks and report on status. Excel and understanding analytics are an asset for this role. Travel may be required for this role.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

  • Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies


  • Participate as an active subject matter expert in support, troubleshooting systems for operations

  • Implementstrategic structural changes to ensure business services are delivered

  • Work directly with development team to sustain and develop versions of current product/software for best practice use.

  • Investigate existing standard operating practices and recommending improvements to enhance company performance.

  • Assist with training in existing and revised or new standard operating practices.

  • Participation in on-boarding of strategic tasks for the operations teams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of transformation initiatives.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to business processes and performance.

  • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus

  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a consulting or corporate environment.

  • Proven experience in data analysis, business process improvement, and project management.
