Pay Details

Pay: $18/hour

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Internal flush/drying of tank trailers & inspection (edible and non-edible).
  • Exterior washing and assist with internal cleaning.
  • Hose cleaning.
  • Pump flush.
  • Drive equipment.
  • Tank entry and confined space training
  • Operation of hand tools.
  • Wash work orders.
  • Assist in wash order scheduling.
  • Boiler operation and maintenance of pumps, blowers, etc.
  • Identify wash orders to be completed and know your limitations
  • Comfortable working either indoor or outdoor (Appropriate gear is provided)

Skills:

  • Positive and strong work ethic.
  • Must be ok working from heights over 20 ft.
  • Positive attitude and job performance.
  • Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • General maintenance duties
  • Material lifting
  • Keeping the shop, and yard clean
  • Snow removal around shop when needed
  • Ensure compliance to all company and legislated safety policies and procedures
  • Using adequate and suitable safety equipment, including PPE. PPE will be supplied, readily accessible, properly using it and maintaining
  • Possesses and demonstrates the ability to perform assigned tasks in a manner that adheres to the companies Safety, Health, Environmental and Security policies.

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 diploma
  • Must be capable of working in all weather conditions.
  • Basic understanding of shop safety, shop work practices, mechanical systems, and use of hand and power tools.

Pay Range

Starting from CAD $18.00/Yr.
