Independent Contractor/Owner Operator
Job Description
We are excited to welcome Independent Contractors/Owner Operators to our fleet!
Contractors will be responsible for their own tax withholdings.
Contractors are paid weekly by direct deposit.
Contractors will utilize our fleet insurance, no exceptions.
Contractors will utilize our ELD at no cost to them*
If a contractor also owns their own trailer, an additional 10% of the linehaul will be paid to them, totaling 75%.
If a blower is needed, it will be installed at no cost*
Contractors will use our Company fuel cards and receive our fuel discounts. Fuel cost will be deducted from their weekly settlement.
*Conditions being that the contractor works for a minimum of 1 year. IF employment ends before 1 year, the cost of ELD and Blower(if applicable) will be prorated and deducted from final settlement.
