• Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization. Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Possesses and demonstrates the ability to perform assigned tasks in a manner that adheres to the companies Safety, Health, Environmental and Security policies.
Responsibilities
• Clear, professional verbal communication with customers, drivers, and contractors.
• Professional communication via email to include type and design general correspondences.
• Creating Purchase Orders, manage FedEx accounts, and distribute mail.
• Perform basic billing audits.
• General office duties including filing, data input, and completing various reports.
• Additional non-exempt, non-supervisory job functions based on branch requirements and product line business needs.
Qualifications
The minimum education or formal training for this position include the following:
• Mandatory High School Diploma
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word
• 1-2 years working in a data entry environment, preferably in a finance or accounting.
• Experience with accounting software including Microsoft Dynamics would be an asset
