Job Details
The Billing Supervisor is responsible for assisting and ensuring the overall timely and accurate billing.

Responsibilities
• Lead the delivery of billings services, handling billing Inquiries, supporting collection effort, resolving billing discrepancies, tracking and processing credit memos.
• Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors.
• Prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices and record amounts due for items purchased or services rendered.
• Keep records of invoices and support documents.
• Resolve discrepancies in accounting records.
• Contact customers to obtain or relay account information.
• Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for invoicing improvement
• Answer customer questions regarding problems with their accounts.
• Maintain positive customer relations in problem solving.
• Monitors customer service billing activities and issues and works towards resolution efficiently & timely.
• Exhibit effective written, verbal and personal skills for handling customer phone inquiries, working with both print and electronic correspondence and assisting other team members, supervisors and upper management.
• Develop and implement ongoing training requirements to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Work with management to identify and implement service and process improvements to improve the efficiency and quality of service.
• Monitor and maintain adequate systems for scheduling, staffing and execution of work flow patterns.
• Proactively identifies internal & external billing service needs and expectations.
• Analyze and verify the accuracy of the billing clerks.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
- Mandatory High School Diploma
- 5 years experience in a similiar role
