Job Details

The Sales Intern will support Trimac’s Corporate Sales team, working closely with sales leaders and regional teams across all of Trimac’s operating regions. This role is designed to provide hands on exposure to real world sales operations, customer support, and commercial activities while contributing to initiatives that help drive growth and strengthen customer relationships.

 

This opportunity is ideal for a student pursuing post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field who is seeking practical experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Corporate Sales team and regional stakeholders across all Trimac regions
  • Assist with sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and preparation of dashboards and presentations
  • Support customer proposals, presentations, and contract documentation
  • Help maintain CRM data, sales trackers, and customer records
  • Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights
  • Support sales initiatives, campaigns, and cross functional projects
  • Assist with ad-hoc sales analysis and special projects as required

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program related to Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM exposure an asset
  • Ability to handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and collaboratively

 

Program Eligibility

  • Be enrolled in a post-secondary institution and available from May to August
  • Returning to school following the summer term
  • Be legally entitled to work in Canada (Citizen, PR, or valid work permit)
