Welder / Trailer Apprentice Mechanic
National Tank Services (a division of Trimac Transportation) is looking for an experienced Welder for our shop in Hardisty, AB. We value hard work, perseverance and dedication and looking for people looking to grow! We offer competitive compensation, benefits, and pension program.
Pay: $44.22
Hours:8 days on, 6 days off.Full-time, 80 hours every two weeks.

- Preventative maintenance on trailers and commercial trailers/trucks.
- Preventative maintenance on checking tires, wheels, brakes, air systems, clutch/linkage, starting system, electrical system, PM's, electrical work, brakes, suspension and product pump rebuilds.
- Follow safe and use of proper PPE.
- Valid Class G Driver License.
- Two years verifiable welding experience - Must be able to weld Mig and Tig welding.
- Aluminum welding, Stainless welding - multiple positional welding required.
- Operation of hand and air tools.
- Red Seal is required.
- Willing to go through a trailer mechanic apprenticeship.
- Grade 12 or equivalent
