Location: Calgary, AB (Fully Remote)
Scedhule: 40 hours a week or as needed
Salary Range: $1 - $2 (Salary negotiable)

Reporting to the Team Lead, UX, this position requires full-stack development experience. The candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining applications that assist our business. Technical experience working on front-end and back-end is required.

  • Application software front-end and back-end development in accordance with the frameworks and processes that are in place.
  • Author, execute, and document test cases to validate solutions.
  • Preparing solution documentation for reference purposes by other IT team members.
  • Adhere to the defined change management processes to manage solutions successfully through to production environments.
  • Collaborate with team members and 3rd party resources to develop, implement and support solutions.
  • Application support and maintenance.
  • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree/diploma in Information systems
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience required.

  • A keen eye for detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong written/oral communication skills at both the technical/business level.
  • Self-starter with ability to work effectively with internal business users and external service providers/vendors.
  • Experience in ITIL Change Management/Quality Assurance practices.
  • Ability to adapt between independent and team projects, in the role of member/leader/mentor.
  • Experience with delivering agile projects.
  • Ability to manage time among multiple assignments in a busy, fast-paced work environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Work is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone, computer and smartphone.
  • The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
