THE ROLE
Reporting to the Director of Financial Analysis, the Data Analyst will be responsible for data visualization, data science, working with big data, and conducting data analysis on a variety of business projects and initiatives.

- You have an excellent business and technical understanding of dataprocesses.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate a diverse set of activities to meet targets.
- You can identify key barriers and apply problem-solving skills to deal creatively with complex situations.
- You are detail-oriented.
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
- Advise the business on the potential of data, providing new insights, and using advanced statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization techniques, to create solutions that enable enhanced business performance.
- Combine data and technology with business knowledge, to drive insights into the organization.
- Stay current with industry trends to provide forward-thinking recommendations to the business. In this capacity, the Data Analyst strives to build an in-depth understanding of available internal and external data assets.
- Identify data the business should be collecting, devise methods to collect, and work to transform raw data into actionable business insights.
- Develop and implement statistical models to support operational analysis.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or a related field of study required.
- 3 Years experience working with business data; high-potential individuals could be considered with fewer years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
